  • Happy Hummus w/Crispy Pita Chips dusted with Old Bay Seasoning
  • Black Bean Salsa Quesadilla
    A southwest Tortilla stuffed with our house made black bean salsa, cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, roasted peppers, onions and jalapenos, grilled and garnished with diced tomatoes and scallions
Entreé (Your choice of one of the following)
  • Smoked Maple Glazed Quail
    Farm raised quail stuffed with a house made chicken sausage and smoked. Brushed with a sweet maple glaze garnished with roasted veggies on a bed of exotic rice blend with your choice on one side
  • St. Louis Wet Ribs
    1/3 Rack of our famous Dry-Rubbed Ribs glazed with a Chipotle BBQ sauce served with your choice of two sides
  • Maryland Crab Sauté
    Jumbo lump crab sautéed with peppers, white wine and an Old Bay butter sauce served with your choice of two sides
  • Veggie Turkey Roll
    Vegan "Turkey" breast stuffed with minced cranberry & rice baked then set atop our exotic rice blend finished with a Madeira mushroom sauce and your choice on one side
